Zendaya was 11 when she was a vegetarian when she visited an animal slaughterhouse during a trip with her dad. She told PEOPLE, "I thought it was horrible, seeing all the animals getting packed up in there ready to be slaughtered. It was shocking to realize that this is the way I got my food was shocking to me. Seit then, she has maintained a vegetarian lifestyle.
